How Health and Safety Turned Completely Paper-Free With Evotix

Stockport Homes Group, a housing ALMO managing about 12,500 properties and over 12k employees, relied on Excel spreadsheets and paper-based processes that led to information loss, poor auditing and missed hazards. To centralise oversight across its construction, repairs and contractor divisions the Group chose Evotix’s Assure platform, initially purchasing the Risk and Audit modules.

Evotix implemented Assure (later expanded to Incident, People and Contractor modules) and the AssureGO+ mobile app, centralising all health & safety documentation and enabling tablet/phone/computer access across sites.
