G's Global, an international grower-to-marketing farming group, needed a consistent, configurable health and safety solution to manage reporting across diverse sites and high seasonal worker turnover. They engaged Evotix to deploy the Assure health and safety platform to give employees and contractors one accessible place to report, action and manage safety information and to improve visibility and analytics.

Evotix delivered Assure as an 85% pre-built, 15% configurable solution, including a bespoke HR API to link seasonal worker records and imported historic incident data into configurable dashboards. Evotix’s implementation created a consistent global approach, drove a more proactive safety culture (over 7,000 behavioural conversations recorded), significantly increased near‑miss reporting, and provided trend analysis to focus resources on top priority risks.
