Active Refrigeration, a family-founded New Zealand refrigeration engineering group with around 190 employees and over 150 trade-qualified engineers and apprentices, needed a partner to help standardise operations and manage contractors across seven national branches. Evotix configured Assure as a single, organisation-wide app for training, contractor management, reporting and Insights dashboards, replacing three previous apps and enabling real-time changes and automated reminders. The Fridge made documents and qualifications instantly accessible, raised professionalism, and increased frontline reporting—Active Refrigeration logged 67 incidents in the first three months—helping the business become ISO 45001‑ready and significantly reduce admin burden. Evotix’s solution delivered measurable improvements in safety visibility, compliance and operational consistency.
