Accolade Wines Creates One-stop-shop to Effectively Collate Data

Accolade Wines, a global wine producer with 1,000+ employees, faced complex HSE risks across its agricultural and manufacturing operations (machinery, chemicals, working at height, confined spaces, slips/trips) and was relying on disparate, often manual systems and spreadsheets that left safety data lagging by four to six weeks and made demonstrating compliance difficult. The change improved data accuracy by enabling report verification before publishing, sped up corrective actions, boosted employee engagement through configurable prompts and easier reporting, and gave Accolade a one-stop-shop for actions and compliance evidence.
