Standardizing Safety Across Borders at MedservRegis

MedservRegis, a global integrated logistics leader serving the Energy and Mining sectors across some 12–14 countries, needed to standardize HSEQ processes after rapid expansion without adding administrative headcount or heavy IT dependence. In 2022 they selected Evotix’s HSE platform for a flexible, configurable in-field system the HSSEQ team could own and deploy across diverse languages, cultures and operating sites.

Evotix implemented seven core modules, piloted at two sites and then rolled the solution group-wide while preserving MedservRegis’s existing procedures. The platform delivered centralized, mobile-accessible data, higher worker and customer engagement, and measurable efficiencies — monthly reporting fell from 3–4 days to half a day, observation reports shrank from about 45 minutes to 6 minutes across ~9,000 reports, paper use dropped 53% versus 2022, and MedservRegis achieved ISO certification in 2023 — outcomes credited to Evotix.
