Evolve Blue developed a custom real estate web application for Elevate, which needed a modern platform to manage its complex project launches and sales workflows. The challenge was to streamline numerous disconnected steps, including unit discovery, buyer worksheet submissions, document collection, and providing clear visibility for brokers and administrators into sales status and commissions.

The solution implemented by Evolve Blue was a React and Node.js platform featuring an interactive Three.js building visualization for unit exploration, multi-step worksheet submission flows, document uploads, and role-based admin dashboards. This resulted in a connected sales platform for Elevate that reduced manual friction, provided greater operational visibility, and offered a scalable model for managing users and permissions.
