Nasdaq’s MarketSite in Times Square needed to improve the first impressions and guest experience at its high‑profile venue while maintaining strong security and scaling operations after expanding its footprint. To replace slow, intrusive magnetometer and x‑ray screening and avoid hiring more staff, Nasdaq selected Evolv and deployed the Evolv Express system along with Evolv Insights and Evolv Cortex AI.

Evolv configured a single‑lane Evolv Express, trained Nasdaq’s 13 security staff, and enabled analytics via Evolv Insights and Cortex AI to deliver a touchless, brandable ingress. The deployment eliminated entry queues, allowed Nasdaq to manage entry with roughly half the staffing previously required for magnetometer/x‑ray screening, reliably detected test threats in validation trials, supported events of up to 350 guests, and provided actionable analytics to optimize staffing — all while avoiding additional hires.
