Tennessee Titans Turn to Evolv to “Get Obsessed” About Fan Ingress Experience

The Tennessee Titans faced persistent fan ingress problems at Nissan Stadium — long, weather-exposed security queues, staffing shortages and COVID-era protocols that produced negative fan feedback and media attention. Wanting to “get obsessed” about the fan experience and move to end-to-end touchless screening quickly, the Tennessee Titans turned to Evolv and its Evolv Express® systems to replace slow magnetometers and bag-checks.

Evolv delivered and deployed 17 Evolv Express® Dual Lane Systems (plus Evolv Insights™ and Evolv Cortex AI™), trained 284 security staff and went live in under a week. The Evolv deployment cut ingress points from 132 to 17, reduced staff from 284 to 94, eliminated 30‑minute queues, doubled fan satisfaction scores from 2.3 to 4.6, scanned an average 24,500 fans in the 30‑minute pregame window, extended the security perimeter 100 feet and helped catch 254 prohibited items before they reached the gates.
