Lincoln Center faced long, intrusive security lines across its 16.3-acre NYC campus—serving 5+ million guests annually—while using magnetometers, hand wands and canines that created delays and high false-positive rates. To improve guest experience, speed ingress, and extend screening outdoors, Lincoln Center partnered with Evolv and initially piloted Evolv Edge before moving to touchless, portable Evolv Express systems.

Evolv deployed and supported 13 Evolv Express systems (backed by Evolv Cortex AI and Evolv Insights) plus training and operational playbooks, enabling touchless indoor/outdoor screening and analytics-driven management. The Evolv solution cut ingress security staffing by 50%, reduced false positives by about 70 (to under 10% with Express), eliminated many canines (delivering strong ROI), minimized queues so venues load before showtime, and improved overall security efficacy and guest experience.
