Cleveland Browns Stadium faced slow, disruptive ingress driven by 100 walkthrough metal detectors, high false-alarm rates, and security-guard fatigue that undermined a “fan-obsessed” game-day experience and conflicted with its opt-in Wicket facial authentication ticketing. To solve this, the stadium selected Evolv and its Evolv Express screening technology to speed entry while integrating with existing ticketing workflows.

Evolv deployed 12 Dual‑Lane Evolv Express systems (backed by Evolv Cortex AI and Evolv Insights), provided phased training and operational support, and integrated with Wicket facial authentication.
