RateCity, Australia’s leading financial comparison site, needed to balance serving consumers with delivering high-quality leads to providers in an ultra-competitive marketplace. Popular A/B testing tools weren’t keeping pace with the team’s need for rapid, wide-ranging experimentation, so RateCity turned to Evolv AI’s AI-driven conversion optimization platform to accelerate testing and improve its personal loans funnel.

Using Evolv AI, RateCity tested 19 variants across 5 page elements (more than 3,000 design combinations) on its personal loans landing page. After two months Evolv AI evolved a winner that increased lead conversions by 51% versus control and lifted conversions by 13.5% during the experiment, immediately paying back the investment and reducing acquisition cost per lead; RateCity is now expanding Evolv AI to other major funnels and recommending it to partners.
