The Pancake Parlour tastes sweet success with EBS

The Pancake Parlour, an iconic family-owned restaurant business with 12 locations in Melbourne, needed to replace an ageing legacy management system that was limiting growth, making reporting expensive, and preventing deeper analysis of business data. To address these challenges, The Pancake Parlour worked with Evolution Business Systems (EBS) to upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Evolution Business Systems implemented a seamless upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics NAV, giving The Pancake Parlour greater flexibility, easier Excel export and reporting, and a system that was simpler for staff to use. The new solution streamlined accounts payable processing for about 500 invoices a week, eliminated the need for costly report rewrites, and provided reliable financial information across all restaurants, with EBS delivering strong ongoing support throughout the transition and beyond.
