EBS gives Entity Solutions room to grow with NAV

Entity Solutions, Australia’s leading professional engagement (contractor management) services company, needed to replace its five-year-old accounting software as rapid growth exposed limits in reporting, analytics and system stability. The company turned to Evolution Business Systems (EBS) and Microsoft Dynamics NAV to find a more flexible platform that could support high transaction volumes and better integrate with its internal systems.

Evolution Business Systems implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV and tailored it to Entity Solutions’ needs, delivering the project on time and within budget. The new solution provided real-time, date-driven reporting, live financial statements and better integration with the company’s CRM, while eliminating crashes and unplanned downtime. Entity Solutions also saved at least 58 hours per month in the Finance Department and gained faster, more accurate decision-making.
