ADF posts record growth with NAV and EBS

Alcohol and Drug Foundation (ADF), one of Australia’s leading not-for-profit organisations, needed to replace an outdated financial system that was holding back growth, creating manual workarounds, and making complex reporting difficult across multiple government funders. Evolution Business Systems (EBS) implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV in just six weeks, giving ADF a more efficient, centralised system with multi-dimensional costing, automated workflows, and easier integration with ecommerce, Salesforce, and banking systems. The results included faster payroll processing, reduced manual effort, improved reporting for managers and the board, and strong growth support as turnover rose from about $8 million to $12 million, with further growth expected without adding finance staff.
