Immediate Media Co, one of the UK’s largest consumer media businesses, publishes Radio Times, the country’s biggest-selling quality magazine for TV, radio and film. Radio Times needed a technology partner to build the DiscoverTV app with a distinctive mobile UX and a flexible platform that would let them innovate and optimise how they present content and engage audiences.

They selected the Evolok platform for its ease of integration and adaptability; the team supported evolving requirements and implemented features like subscription access control, automatic iTunes validation and user/subscription reporting. The project enabled app monetisation, allowed customers to register to RT.com from the iPad and helped Radio Times build a new subscription base.
