Saint-Gobain Gyproc Denmark partnered with Evocon to improve production monitoring and set reliable KPIs across the plant. The company needed better, more automatic OEE data because existing reporting was partly manual and inconsistent, and it also faced the broader challenge of getting a new system adopted by operators and middle management in a large, security-conscious organization.

Evocon provided a user-friendly, plug-and-play OEE solution with tablets on the shop floor, Factory Overview and Timeline for management, and reporting tools to support improvement work. Operators adapted quickly, and the plant manager gained clearer visibility into production, while the team began collecting reliable data for future OEE improvement projects. Saint-Gobain Gyproc Denmark also saw strong support and ongoing feature development from Evocon, though integration and security approval were still being evaluated.
