Xome, a real estate platform that helps consumers buy and sell homes, wanted to drive downloads of its new iOS and Android apps as part of a major brand launch. To do that, it used Evocalize’s Adaptive Marketing platform, with Facebook as the ad channel, to create a more personalized app-install campaign.
Evocalize helped Xome generate thousands of neighborhood-specific ads featuring local listings and tailored messaging for homebuyers across more than half the United States. The campaign delivered extremely high Facebook relevance scores and reduced Xome’s app install cost by 184% versus native Facebook targeting, outperforming the agency’s custom audience and lookalike campaigns by over 180%.
