West Valley-Mission Community College District needed to improve its purchase order process, which was not providing the desired look or pulling in required information from various sources using Banner. The district, an Evisions customer using FormFusion, required more flexibility to create clear and concise documents for its Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounts Payable departments but wanted to avoid modifying the baseline Banner code.
Evisions Professional Services worked with the district for six months to develop a fully customized purchase order template in FormFusion. The solution, built through a collaborative trial-and-error process, now allows the district to process POs within Banner and use FormFusion's distribution features. This has decreased the number of IT support calls, freeing staff time, and it also paved the way for Evisions to offer a new FormFusion Purchasing Solution to other institutions.
