The Ana G. With support from Evisions, SUAGM built a custom dashboard that provides easy access to critical enrollment, admissions, and recruitment data for managers. The implementation resulted in immediate and significant cost savings by switching to an enterprise license for unlimited users. Over 50 managers now use the intuitive, self-service tool to drill down into system-wide data, leading to high user satisfaction. The solution was later expanded to include HR and finance reporting, providing powerful insights across the institution at a lower total cost.
