Missouri State University rolls out Argos campus wide in less than a year with Evisions

Missouri State University needed to make it easier for its faculty and staff to generate operational and ad hoc reports, but was concerned about information security as some reports contained sensitive data. They also sought a comprehensive set of tools to create dashboards and summary reports for individuals at all levels, a goal they could not achieve with their existing reporting tool. This led them to partner with vendor Evisions for a solution.

Evisions implemented its Argos Enterprise Reporting Solution alongside the Banner Operational Data Store (ODS). This provided an efficient dataset for querying and enabled fine-tuned security access to sensitive information. As a result, Missouri State developed over 300 production reports and trained over 70 designers, 156 report writers, and 1,000+ faculty and staff viewers, empowering its workforce and significantly improving communication across the campus community.
