ONE20 is a large US truck-tire e-commerce company and free membership community for professional drivers that needed to make buying, shipping and installation simple across a vast supplier network. Facing slow site performance and frequent shutdowns when pulling real‑time data from multiple suppliers, ONE20 required integration of third‑party fitment/product APIs, inventory management across warehouses, drop‑ship automation and a seamless user flow for 100,000+ SKUs. Evince Development led the analysis, requirements and architecture and was engaged to design and build the solution.

Evince Development implemented a dedicated Inventory application (with real‑time data dumps updated every 6 hours), integrated four supplier APIs, Magento 2 and other backend services, plus a supplier panel, auto product/category creation, pricing by warehouse, booking/installation workflows and shortest‑distance price logic. The work enabled ONE20 to manage 100K+ SKUs, leverage 200+ wholesale warehouses and 75,000 service centers, deliver purchase-to-installation in four days or less, and drove measurable results including $125,000 in revenue, a 200% growth in trucking network reach and a rapidly growing user base (10,000+ users).
