eWomen is a platform to empower Indian women to find flexible, work‑from‑home freelance opportunities. Facing an unclear scope and complex requirements—including a resume bank and job portal, rigorous candidate/employer verification, third‑party test management, privacy and security needs, and scalable HR/role management—eWomen engaged Evince Development to design and build the solution using Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5, ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS, MS SQL Server and Amazon AWS.

Evince Development delivered a 40‑week agile implementation that included an admin management module, resume bank, employer job posting and candidate suggestion workflow, milestone payment handling, role‑based HR/sales/admin management, and integrations with third‑party helpdesk, testing and payment gateways.
