The solution achieved remarkable results almost immediately. During an initial 30-day pilot, the organization saw a 0.1 increase in Case Mix Index. A subsequent KLAS Research study later documented a substantial 31.7-point increase in their Net EHR Experience Score, demonstrating a major improvement in provider satisfaction and efficiency.
