One.ERP — A Standardized SAP S/HANA System for Enhanced Healthcare

The Vienna Healthcare Association (WiGeV), the largest healthcare provider in Austria, faced the challenge of consolidating and harmonizing two complex legacy SAP ERP systems from different public healthcare organizations. To achieve this and build a future-oriented foundation, they partnered with Eviden for a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Eviden managed the end-to-end implementation of the new standardized system, known as One.ERP, which included modules for pharmacy and catering management as well as the SAP Fiori mobile solution. The project successfully merged the complex systems, optimized processes, and established a highly effective control tool for hospital cost unit accounting. This provided WiGeV with a future-proof platform that enhanced efficiency, transparency, and user experience for its 30,000 employees.
