Coupa, a Bay Area procurement software company, faced a scaling challenge as its social strategy outgrew a manual approach. Coupa implemented the EveryoneSocial employee advocacy platform company-wide in January 2016, populating topic streams and automating sharing and reporting. Within a month social reach more than quadrupled, the program became a daily habit and part of company culture, and unified analytics enabled better measurement — even sparking internal recognition and friendly competition among employees.
