How Cherwell Employees Drive Additional Marketing Engagement

Cherwell Software, a company that helps organizations improve service experiences and automate workflows, wanted to expand employee advocacy beyond internal use and improve social engagement, social selling, and internal communications. The team turned to EveryoneSocial to support its growing advocacy program across a global workforce of about 500 employees.

Using EveryoneSocial, Cherwell launched newsletters, leaderboard contests, bonus-point campaigns, influencer tagging, and internal announcements to drive participation. The results were strong: nearly 18,000 internal engagements, 99% active users in the program, and an average newsletter readership of 36%.
