Atkins Global, a leading design, engineering and project management consultancy, faced a recruiting challenge: although their UK team produced strong content and a new social strategy, it wasn’t reaching enough people. Varied employee social media experience and nervousness about posting meant corporate content underperformed compared with authentic employee shares, limiting the team’s ability to attract top talent.
