Williams College, a private liberal arts college in Williamstown, Massachusetts, needed to win its annual Biggest Little Challenge against Amherst College by increasing alumni participation, especially among the youngest 15 classes. To do this, Williams turned to Evertrue and its online giving platform to improve donor conversions through a more effective digital campaign.
Evertrue implemented an enhanced mobile-friendly giving page, real-time analytics, predictive modeling, and personalized remarketing emails to target likely donors. The result was a 36% increase in donor conversion rate, a 75% conversion rate on the EverTrue form versus 55% on the legacy form, 67% higher mobile giving in two weeks, and 766 total donors—enough for Williams College to secure its third straight win.
