Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania faced a challenge in scaling participation in its annual ALL IN for Huskies Day of Giving. While the campaign had strong awareness, donor numbers were consistently limited to just over 500, and participation was unevenly distributed across campus as departments and student groups were not fully activated as partners.
