French Insurance Company, a large French insurer serving millions of policyholders, needed a better way to manage growing volumes of human resources and payroll records. Everteam implemented a semi-automated application archiving solution that moved payroll records from production systems into structured XML and then into everteam.archive, where the data could be searched, analyzed, and retrieved on demand. The result was improved application performance, lower storage costs, stronger compliance and security, and better accessibility to legacy records. The solution went live in 2014 and supported 1,000 users, with the company continuing to add more data flows over time.
