Mazars Germany, an international audit and consulting firm with 2,000 employees, faced significant logistical and organizational challenges in procuring and deploying mobile devices across its twelve locations. The manual, non-automated process created a high workload for its IT department, which was seeking to reduce its burden, offer employees more device choice, and maintain high security standards. To address this, they partnered with Everphone and its Device as a Service solution.

Everphone took over all processes for smartphones and tablets, implementing a "Choose your own Device" model to increase employee choice. They used MDM software to centrally manage and ensure security, allowing for safe private use of the devices. The solution successfully reduced the IT team's workload significantly. Furthermore, Everphone's circular economy model led to a change in employee behavior, with many choosing to keep their devices beyond the rental term, which saved resources and benefited the environment.
