Case Study: Migros accelerates food concept research with Evernote

A Evernote Case Study

Preview of the Migros Case Study

Managing Field Research on the Future of Food

Migros, Switzerland’s largest supermarket retailer and employer, needed a better way to collect field research and coordinate a 20-person team developing new in-store dining and takeaway concepts across 300 locations. As the project grew, the team wanted a single place to store interviews, observations, photos, audio, and ideas instead of scattering information across slide decks, messages, and emails. They used Evernote Business as the central knowledge hub for the project.

Evernote helped Migros organize research, collaborate across devices and locations, and reduce reliance on multiple tools like Excel and PowerPoint. The team could access and update information anywhere, keep all interview material in one place, and move faster through workshops and concept development. According to Migros, Evernote allowed them to gather a large amount of information in a short time, reduce project-management overhead and cost, and create the final concept manual more efficiently.
