Everlytic partnered with Mirum Agency and its client, Old Mutual, to address the challenge of generating qualified leads from a diverse audience using the Old Mutual Dreams app. The goal was to move beyond a generic marketing approach and instead send highly personalized, relevant email content to individuals based on their specific financial goals submitted via the app questionnaire.

The solution involved Everlytic developing a dynamic email template triggered by an API integration with the app. This system used custom fields and autoresponders to send emails with content personalized to each user's submitted dreams. The results for Everlytic's client were highly successful, generating 2000 new subscriptions in two days and achieving a remarkable 51% open rate, which was more than double the industry benchmark at the time.
