Continuity West, a provider of emergency planning and incident management services, faced a challenge with its Multi Incident Management System (MIMS) from Evergreen Computing. Due to significant business growth, the system was straining under the complexity of managing up to 500 plans and 20,000 tasks for a single client, which increased the demand on time and resources.

Evergreen Computing developed and implemented a significantly enhanced, user-friendly version of MIMS.
