Mandolin, a live music event streaming platform, needed a way to help venues and festivals generate revenue during the pandemic while also launching a scalable partner program. The company turned to Everflow to build an affiliate model where actual venues could participate as partners, even though they weren’t traditional affiliates.

Using Everflow’s platform, Mandolin set up campaign tracking, Shopify and PayPal integrations, day parting for event sales windows, postback controls for multiple ticket and merch SKUs, and offer duplication for partner-specific variations. In about a month, Mandolin had a fully functioning program and quickly activated venues as affiliates, creating a new monetization channel that helped offset pandemic-related revenue losses and support the live music industry.
