Community First Credit Union needed to improve participation in its financial education programs, as traditional in-person classes were attracting very few attendees. They partnered with EVERFI to find a scalable digital solution that wouldn't overextend their limited resources.

EVERFI implemented its customizable moveUP financial wellness platform, featuring 22 educational modules. The solution was highly successful, resulting in a 53% conversion rate from completed modules to appointments with branch staff. This effort led to a record number of new accounts and a 41% increase in dollars issued for personal loans, strengthening the credit union's member base and creating a pipeline of future credit-worthy customers for Community First.
