Pacific Service Credit Union partnered with EVERFI to help its consumers build stronger financial knowledge and make better decisions. As a credit union focused on providing value, Pacific Service CU wanted an easy way to deliver financial education and support consumers who may be lacking critical financial skills.
Using EVERFI’s financial education platform, Pacific Service CU launched its Financial Fitness program with four self-paced modules and a six-week incentive campaign tied to Financial Literacy Month. EVERFI helped drive adoption through website banners, social media, and email promotion, resulting in a 30% email open rate, a 3.7% click-through rate, 127 consumers qualifying for the $10 incentive, more than 1,200 registered users, and over 2,000 education modules started.
