A EVERFI Case Study
The University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union wanted a scalable way to provide accurate financial education to members while increasing engagement, especially among busy and younger digital-first audiences. To meet that need, the credit union partnered with EVERFI and its online financial education platform to deliver interactive, on-demand learning tied to member benefits.
EVERFI implemented four online financial education modules, offering members a quarter-point discount on a new auto loan rate after completion. The program drove strong engagement, with more than one-third of website visitors interacting with the offer, 87% of registrants completing at least one module, and 37% finishing the full four-module series, helping the credit union boost member education and auto loan sales at the same time.
