Community First Credit Union wanted to improve financial education for its members, but its in-person classes had low attendance and the credit union lacked the resources to build its own program. EVERFI helped Community First Credit Union launch moveUP through a staff pilot, member email campaigns, and in-branch events like Financial Wellness Day and the Debtbreaker Challenge. The program drove strong results, including a 53% appointment conversion rate from completed modules, a 22% increase in accounts opened on Financial Wellness Day, and a 41% rise in personal loans over six weeks, while also helping the credit union attract new members and build a pipeline of future borrowers.
