PIH Health is a regional nonprofit healthcare network serving more than 2.1 million patients across Los Angeles and Orange Counties, operating two hospitals and a large outpatient and specialty system. As a designated disaster resource center with over 5,200 employees, PIH Health needed a faster, more reliable way to notify large, varied groups during emergencies; their previous communications were slower, fragmented across channels, and reached fewer people.

The platform is used for Code Triage, crisis team mobilization, staffing alerts and contractor/volunteer notifications; results include faster delivery, broader reach, quicker command-center activation, reduced misinformation and the ability to trigger responses remotely.
