Team Rubicon unites military veterans and first responders to rapidly deploy emergency response teams domestically and overseas. The organization struggled to quickly contact large numbers of volunteers, distribute critical mission information, and collect real-time status and resource availability using time-consuming one-by-one calls and email.
Everbridge enabled targeted, two-way communications—letting Team Rubicon message volunteers by region and skill, collect mobile check-ins and photo updates, and track who was on the ground and what they had. The platform supported the Moore, OK tornado response (mobilizing 450+ volunteers), sped deployments, improved situational awareness, and expanded the charity’s operational capacity.
