The Auckland office in particular needed a reliable way to communicate health guidance, wellbeing resources, productivity and security messages across a dispersed workforce and a new hybrid roster system.
KPMG deployed Everbridge’s visual, multi‑channel communication tools—screensavers, scrolling tickers and targeted alerts—to reinforce government guidance, promote wellbeing and manage rostered on/off weeks. The approach tripled to quadrupled event attendance, sustained higher levels of leadership communication, improved staff awareness and engagement, and helped KPMG transition smoothly to a resilient hybrid working model.
