City Index adopted the Everbridge platform, using a tailored portal and app to reach staff worldwide, plus location mapping and staff-specific records (first aiders, fire marshals, travel and nearest station details) to improve incident response. The system unified processes, enabled regular testing, supported real events (including an Australian incident), increased manager engagement and staff data upkeep, and helped position City Index as a model for disaster recovery and business continuity.
