Arup, the global design and engineering firm, needed a way to complement its disaster recovery strategy with a unified communication dashboard for near real-time support across regions. The company was looking for a solution that could improve coordination across its worldwide footprint, and it chose the Everbridge mass notification and critical communications platform.
Everbridge was trialed in the Americas and is being rolled out in the UK, with plans for broader adoption across EMEA, East Asia, and Australasia. The platform is already embedded in Arup’s operational response in the Americas, supporting business continuity and critical event communication during storms like Joaquin and Jonas, while also helping reduce response latency through easier integration and IT Alerting.
