Gerald Eve, founded in 1930, is the UK’s third-largest partnership of chartered surveyors and property consultants, with more than 400 staff across nine offices. Gerald Eve adopted Everbridge’s mass notification platform and ContactBridge smartphone app, migrating its data to an automated, multi‑modal system. Everbridge delivered the first message within 15 minutes, provided regular updates and emergency alerts, maintained nearly 100% staff contact (only seven were unreachable due to outdated numbers), and enabled IT restoration and full business recovery by the following Monday, protecting the firm’s reputation and revenues.
