WEX, Inc., a global fintech with about 5,200 employees across 40+ offices and $1.5B in revenue, needed a more flexible, scalable business continuity and disaster-recovery solution with better reporting and a more dynamic planning experience. By proactively activating plans in February 2020 and transitioning staff to work-from-home ahead of lockdowns, the company avoided operational disruption, reassured customers and investors, and kept continuity plans current—demonstrating improved resilience and faster, more coordinated responses to evolving risks.
