Abu Dhabi Global Market Square (ADGMS) on Al Maryah Island is a high‑profile mixed-use business and hospitality hub hosting prestigious tenants, VIPs and large public events. With 450,000 sqm, four 30‑floor towers, 2,000+ cameras and 1,000+ doors, ADGMS faced fragmented CCTV, access, fire and building systems, island access constraints, glass architecture, privacy/compliance needs and political exposure that left unacceptable gaps in situational awareness.

PTS Middle East performed threat and vulnerability assessments, G4S managed delivery, and Everbridge Control Center and Risk Center were deployed into a unified Security Command Centre. The integrated solution consolidated four control rooms, reduced guarding costs, automated reporting, improved real‑time situational awareness and response times, enabled facial recognition and environmental alerts (e.g., sandstorms), and freed premium space for revenue use.
