HKAAA's First Virtual Career Fair - Empowering the Arts and Cultural Industry
Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association (HKAAA) needed to move its long-running recruitment day for the arts and cultural industry from a physical event to a virtual format for the first time. The challenge was to maintain meaningful interaction between employers, speakers, and job seekers while also ensuring attendees could easily navigate a new online platform.
EventX provided the virtual event platform that powered virtual booths, job matching, talks, CV clinics, and career coaching, along with live support throughout the event. The result was strong engagement and a turnout above expectations: 395 people registered and 219 attended, versus an original estimate of 200–300 registrants. HKAAA praised EventX for its support and ease of use, and gave it high ratings across support, usability, requirements fit, setup, and recommendation likelihood.
