Kaspersky, a global cybersecurity company protecting 400 million users across nearly 200 countries, faced data chaos across four LATAM territories: security restrictions prevented broad access to their internal demand-generation tool, there was no central lead database, and event setup and reporting were slow and costly. To address this, they evaluated Eventtia and adopted Eventtia’s all‑in‑one event management platform as their database for events and central reporting tool.
Eventtia centralized Kaspersky’s event data, enabled multi-user access, and provided reporting and analytics that gave instant lead visibility for sales. Using Eventtia, Kaspersky reduced average event setup time from five days to three hours, eliminated $1,500-per-site agency fees by building sites in-house, improved cross-territory data access, and saw increased sales from faster lead handling. Eventtia will be used for all LATAM events in 2020.
