Case Study: CzechTourism achieves seamless virtual events and partner connectivity with Eventtia

A Eventtia Case Study

Preview of the CzechTourism Case Study

How CzechTourism Went Virtual to Keep Partners Connected During the Pandemic

CzechTourism, the national agency charged with promoting the Czech Republic to visitors worldwide, needed to pivot its in-person events strategy during the pandemic to keep partners engaged and maintain the country’s profile. Facing the challenge of replicating physical event experiences online, unifying branding and content access, enabling one‑to‑one B2B matchmaking, and centrally managing events across 19 foreign offices, CzechTourism selected Eventtia’s event platform to meet those needs.

Eventtia provided a single platform for branded microsites and virtual stages, email and contact management, attendee profiles and B2B matchmaking, plus a central dashboard and reporting tools. Results included 36 events for 1,190 attendees in just over nine months, stronger partner matchmaking and collaboration across offices, reduced costs compared with international trade shows, and the ability to run hybrid events and plan future in‑person conferences — all delivered through Eventtia.
